I am currently volunteering for a few different organizations: Sierra Club
(preparing a Quality Assurance Project Plan for the volunteer water body
monitoring that S.C. conducts across Illinois), Cathedral Shelter (GED and
pre-GED tutoring), and Horizons for Youth (helping with a mentoring and
scholarship program for youth grades K-8). As summer approaches, some of those
committments require less effort, and I am looking for new, effective ways to
give of my time. Ideally, I will find a full-time position where I feel as
though I'm giving on a daily basis.
